All music on this website is published by Songs of the Kelabim, Kingfisher’s publishing company, and all recordings are property of The Partnership for Art and Music, LLP, of which Kingfisher is the controlling partner. This makes for quick and easy one-stop shopping.

We essentially offer two types of licensing.

First, there is a “Standard License”, which is good for: use in up to 5,000 physical or downloadable products for sale or give away; use on a website (one site only); use in internet video (such as YouTube); use in a corporate or tradeshow presentation; educational use; podcast; shareware and freeware; and use in student film or film festivals.

Secondly, we offer a “Mass Market” license, which includes all of the above plus use in national and world wide radio/TV broadcasts; multiple web sites; reproduction of an unlimited number of items for sale or give-away: and Theatrical Release. Music may be licensed in a specific territory (such as “USA only”), or “worldwide”; and may be licensed for a specific period of time (such as “five years”), or ”in perpetuity”.
